How it works

Four steps to your keys.

Here's what happens from the moment you apply to move-in day.

  1. Choose your floor plan

    Browse the photos and 3D tours, or schedule a tour to see an apartment in person.

  2. Fill out the application

    Complete the application below. It takes about 10 minutes and goes straight to the leasing office, and a copy is emailed to you. Everyone 18 or older who will live in the apartment fills out their own. No paperwork to drop off.

  3. We review your application

    The office reviews your application and contacts you about the $40 application fee and anything else they need. Questions while you wait? Call (985) 345-1605.

  4. Sign your lease & get your keys

    Sign your 6-month lease, pick up your keys at the leasing office and you're home. After six months, your lease continues month-to-month.

Having these ready makes the application go quickly. If you're missing something, apply anyway — the office will tell you what's needed.

  • Photo IDA valid government-issued photo ID for each applicant.
  • Proof of incomeRecent pay stubs, an offer letter or other income documentation.
  • Rental historyAddresses and landlord contact information for where you've lived.
  • Application fee$40 per applicant. Nothing is charged online; the office will tell you how to pay.

Don't enter your Social Security number. The application never asks for it. If it's needed for screening, the office will ask for it separately.
